Internal Sales Executive - Progression Opportunity!

Our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic and tenacious individual to become an integral member of their internal sales team to further strengthen their organisation and drive growth from existing accounts.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday,8.30AM - 4.30PM or 9AM to 5PM with a 30 minute break.


  • Reviewing/contacting lower spending dealers to assess business potential and influence growth
  • Contacting new potential end user customers on a National basis via phone and arranging appointments for the National team & to better understand current market requirements, direction and pain points
  • Undertaking own market research to establish end user contacts
  • Foot canvassing local relevant businesses to uncover sales opportunities (selling via the dealer network)
  • Assisting the sales team with administration tasks such as tenders
  • Competently able to sell the benefits of all products and services to dealer and end user alike
  • Managing incoming sales leads to ensure a timely sale is met.


  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Genuine interest in the product range resulting in detailed product knowledge which is maintained and updated to reflect new product development or innovations
  • The ability to create unique, structured and natural sales processes and scripts according to your own personal style
  • Proven understanding of sales, networking, business development and account management with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets is ESSENTIAL
  • Confident sales person able to research new business opportunities, cold call and develop new clients.
  • IT literacy including spreadsheets, diary management, power point and experience of working with CRM systems.
