Our client is seeking a dynamic, proactive and tenacious individual with experience in Sales Administration to become an integral member of their internal sales team! You will be the type of person to 'spot an opportunity' and multi-task in order to maximise those opportunities!

You will undertake a consultative approach to both UK and International customers and will be able to take instruction and produce a positive outcome! If you are enthusiastic, engaged and have a will and a want to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of daily sales and hire orders from telephone calls and emails
  • Managing both UK and International client base, processing their orders
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis, dealing with export and import documentation/clearance
  • Preparation of daily and monthly sales figures and reports
  • Communicate with internal and external sales staff offering administrative support where necessary
  • Produce quotes for customers, actively following these up in order to secure an order
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently, monitoring quote progress through to conclusion

Full Time:

  • 37.5 Hours a week, shifts between 8am - 9pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 5pm Sat & Sun (1 in 4)
  • Shifts will be either 8am - 4pm OR 9am-5pm rotating
  • 1 week in every 4 will be late shifts - 1pm - 9pm

Part Time:

  • 15 hours per week - 4PM - 9PM + 1 Weekend in 4

Responsibilities:

  • To support all functions within the Sales department through inbound and outbound calls and emails to customers to coordinate a suitable appointment time that meets both the customer and the advisor
  • Dealing with both general and sales enquiries, via inbound calls and emails, relating to products pricing or service and maximising each sales opportunity
  • Issuing brochures following customer requests
  • Maximising all sales opportunities through taking inbound customer calls who wish to discuss their recent order quotation
  • Promote the services, products and benefits of the business

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience within a customer service environment (any sector) is ESSENTIAL
  • Customer service experience in retail or hospitality is suitable
  • Confident telephone manner

Sales Advisor

Our Client based in Eastwood are currently looking to recruit a Property Sales Advisor to join their team. You will ideally have experience of a fast paced, high pressure working environment and work to targets and various service level agreements.

Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 pro rata (+ bonus dependant on experience OTE is around £19,000 per annum)

Location: Eastwood

The role of Sales Advisor is a crucial part of the Sales Team to ensure that Client’s requirements are met in terms of marketing properties, agreeing sales and progressing these efficiently through to completion. You will liaise with Estate Agents, Vendors, Solicitors, mortgage lenders and report back to the clients, vendors and purchasers to resolve any delays in the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking instructions to market and liaising with Estate Agents regarding the marketing strategy for properties
  • Weekly reporting to clients on the marketing of their properties
  • Taking and qualifying offers to agree sales
  • Progressing the sales to completion
  • Liasing with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
  • Checking any chain issues and resolving these
  • Providing weekly reports on pipeline
  • Sales Administration
