Our client is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive individual to coordinate the successful letting of Student Accommodation. You will take ownership of the process from start to finish through liaising with vendors/students/parents alike, accompanying viewings and ensuring all paperwork/ legal documentation is processed accordingly!

You will strive to ensure the customer experience is not only tailored in it's approach, but consistent with the companies values and objectives to continuously improve and expand on the services offered!

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out viewings, accompanying potential residents around the properties
  • Assist with the maintenance reports and assist with the management of all contractors
  • Keep stock of all maintenance items
  • Oversee all contractor invoices and check before payment
  • Oversee all bookings, ensuring all relevant paperwork is created
  • Respond to all enquiries for bookings and viewings
  • Bring all complaints or grievances to the attention of the Manager
  • Assist with the day to day running of the office/ be a key holder
  • Assist with the organisation of all social events held by the company or on behalf of the company
  • Assist with the organisation and running of all promotional events attended by the company
  • Carry out check out inspections and inventories when rooms are vacated
  • Assist with the running and management of the summer works

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments where applicable for the Business Development Managers with emphasis on high quality leads
  • Assist with coordinating and administering confirmed training courses, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed mainly within the relevant industries
  • Pro actively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the business development team
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the marketing database
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Work closely with the commercial training, sales and marketing team to achieve sales objectives

Our Client based in Eastwood are currently looking to recruit a Property Sales Advisor to join their team. You will ideally have experience of a fast paced, high pressure working environment and work to targets and various service level agreements.

Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 pro rata (+ bonus dependant on experience OTE is around £19,000 per annum)

The role of Sales Advisor is a crucial part of the Sales Team to ensure that Client’s requirements are met in terms of marketing properties, agreeing sales and progressing these efficiently through to completion.
