Hours: Full time and Part Time roles available

Duration: Temporary leading to Permanent

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis
• Understanding customer’s requirements and providing advice
• Responding to all inbound calls- no cold calling
• Providing the highest level of customer service
• Responding to email queries

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers as well as colleagues
• Warm and friendly nature
• IT Literate
