Property Manager

Our client is seeking to appoint a positive, proactive Property Manager to join their close-knit team as they expand so they can continue to maintain the high service level that they offer their clients and tenants in line with their new business growth.

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Salary: £17,000 basic OTE of £19,000/20,000

  • To look after a portfolio of 65 to 100 properties
  • Organise and carry out quarterly inspections
  • Liaise successfully with clients, tenants and suppliers to resolve maintenance issues
  • Act on reports to conclude whether it’s a tenant or landlord charge
  • Plan, prepare and implement successful tenancy changeovers
  • Be creative in ways to constantly improve the service provided to our clients and tenants
  • Report to Branch Manager figures in relation to the department

About you:

  • Positive and proactive attitude in resolving problems
  • Reliable in delivering a high level of service
  • ICT competent on both database software and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a property manager or within maintenance
  • Strong and confident decision maker
  • Natural leadership
  • Organised and thorough administration skills
  • Full clean driving license

Pre Market Property Co-ordinator

Are you ambitious with a solid background in customer servcie, looking to diversify into the property sector? A new opportunity has arisen within a well established property company for an organised driven individual.

Location: Eastwood

Salary: £15,000 per annum (OTE £16-£17k pa)

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure all valuations requests from Clients are dealt with within SLA’s
  • Ensure effective communication with both internal and external clients
  • Make appointments with vendors and nominated Estate Agents.
  • Chase Agents for return of paperwork to enable efficient production of packs by the PropertyValuation Co-ordinators
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure the company grows and develops in line with its financial forecast
  • Deliver targets to both clients and colleagues
  • Ensure an effective audit trail on Compass with relevant notes
  • Chase the return of reports and keep Clients updated
  • Record any expenditure and liaise with Accounts to ensure any necessary invoices are raised
  • Liaise with both internal and external colleagues with effective communication to ensure business relationships are maintained and sustained

Property Services Co-ordinator

We are looking for an individual whose work ethic is deep rooted in customer service. This role requires an effective communicator, skilled in liaising between an array of different clients and departments. Our client is looking for a charismatic, energetic colleague for their fast paced team. You we need to have a diverse range of skills, be able to juggle multiple aspects of the role whilst maintaining the level of accuracy required for the role.

Location: Eastwood Salary: £15,000 per annum (OTE £18-£19kpa)

Key responsibilities:

  • To produce property valuation reports
  • To create marketing evaluation packs
  • To liaise directly with Agents for additional information regarding subject or comparable properties
  • To evaluate online research
  • To carry out online research relative to subject properties
  • To challenge information supplied by Agents to substantiate valuations
  • To ensure effective communication between all internal and external clients
  • To provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure the client's business grows and develops in line with its financial forecast
  • Week end working will be required
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required as business needs dictate

Essential:
