Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with taking items off trucks
  • Processing orders
  • Stock takes
  • Import and export of deliveries
  • Updating internal systems
  • Scanning parcels and logging onto the system
  • Putting putting stock away

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to follow process instructions accurately
  • Punctual and good timekeeping
  • Good level of computer competency & confidence
  • Proactive to self-manage workload
  • Motivated with a drive for achievement
  • Good numeracy skills for counting stock

Ideally looking for someone to start asap.

You must have previous experience working withing a warehouse envrioment.

Responsibilities:

  • Replenish stock on shop floor in line with schedule or production requirement
  • Picking customer orders ready for checking prior to despatch
  • Packing, pallet wrapping, strapping of goods out
  • Receipting goods via the GRN process and use of Opera to book stock
  • Storing products correctly in right location
  • Maintain correct and clear labelling across the warehouse to support 5S
  • Supply of packaging to production including box assembly
  • Waste management - empty bins and ensure designated areas are kept clean and tidy in line with set standards
  • Outside site perimeter maintenance

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to follow process instructions accurately

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to appoint two dynamic and driven Warehouse Operatives to join their expanding warehouse team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Book in, despatch, pick, pack, clean and relocate stocks as well as carrying out regular stock takes
  • Ensuring SLA deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained to ensure customer contractual service levels and adhering to all Health & Safety processes and procedures
  • Responsible for Picking and packing stock for orders to SLA’s
  • Responsible for Booking in and despatching parts
  • Ability to administer defective items despatched to a Repair Agent
  • Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy via regular Stock takes

Essential Skills

Dispatch Supervisor

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to appoint two dynamic and driven Dispatch Supervisors with proven experience to be responsible for their warehousing function and team. You will ensure stock is received, stored, etc to meet business demands. Reporting into the Operations Director, in a fast moving 24 x 7 warehouse environment, you will be able to work across multiple sites as required and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met!

Location: Bilborough

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Full time, permanent

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Warehouse functions across the business

• Ensuring stock is controlled and all orders are picked and shipped correctly

• Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy via regular stock takes

• Responsible for the Picking and packing stock function for orders to SLA’s

• Provide late or early shift cover

• Ensure ISO Quality measurements are met and a "serviceexcellence" ethos is promoted

• Adhere to "bestpractices" across the Operations Team

Supervisory Duties:

• Providing training of new staff

• Day to day supervision of Despatch staff ensuring high standards are maintained at all times

• Providing support to all team members and wider

• Holding regular meetings if/when necessary to increase performance or communications

• Assist in creating a winning team culture

Skills and Experience:

Able to work across multiple sites as required
