New Business Development Executive

Shipley, Derbyshire - £17,000 - £20,000 (OTE £33,000)

Key responsibilities:

  • Winning new business
  • Prospect for new business opportunities in Europe.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts within your portfolio.
  • Build relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Targets are set on a 60/40 split of existing account growth and new business

Key duties include:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities in the market
  • Ensure new business opportunities are qualified and developed
  • Convert qualified prospects into trading accounts
  • Attend trade shows and client meetings when necessary and as directed
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure we continue to offer a competitive and effective solution
  • Effectively communicate and follow up on offers and news with your client base
  • Provide relevant information on products or accounts as and when required
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop a clear understanding of our industry and competitors
  • Support other internal departments as and when required

Business Development Administrator

Mansfield
£18,000- £21,000 per annum

An exciting Business Development opportunity within a successful and intellectual company. Become an integral cog in this machine, generating new business and contributing to the success of the business!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with both warm and cold leads
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Making appointments for the sales executives
  • Managing the appropriate databases and account files
  • Generating new business as well as maintaining relationships with current clients

Outbound Sales Operator (NO COLD CALLING!)

Our client, an established and respected company, are looking for proactive, kind-natured individuals to make outbound calls to provide regular customer service to existing customers.

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £20,000 uncapped OTE

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm

Key duties include:

  • Call exsisting customers (NO COLD CALLING)
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Cross-selling and upselling products
  • Communicate on a regular basis with vulnerable members of the public
  • Take ownership of customer accounts, monitoring them for regular communication

Skills / Experience / Attributes

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Have 1 year minimum experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Kind, considerate nature
  • Have the ability to work to targets and exceed them month on month
  • Have experience of business to consumer sales
  • Have an outgoing personality, be committed, enthusiastic and be self motivated
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively
