Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a large property portfolio
  • Process and resolve maintenance reports
  • Liaise with clients, tenants and suppliers
  • Conduct quarterly inspections
  • Prepare and execute the summer tenancy changeover
  • Source and instruct new suppliers
  • Responsible for the organisation of the in-house contractor
  • Ensure invoices are processed correctly
  • Ensure compliance and certification is completed for all properties

  • Take responsibility for overseeing property management and maintaining excellent service to existing tenants and landlords, providing a high-standard of customer service

  • Recieving and dealing with maintenance requests in a timely manner, liaising with contractors and tenants

Our Client based in Eastwood are currently looking to recruit a Property Sales Advisor to join their team. You will ideally have experience of a fast paced, high pressure working environment and work to targets and various service level agreements.

Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 pro rata (+ bonus dependant on experience OTE is around £19,000 per annum)
