Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all valuations requests from Clients are dealt with within SLA’s
  • Ensure effective communication with both internal and external clients
  • Make appointments with vendors and nominated Estate Agents.
  • Chase Agents for return of paperwork to enable efficient production of packs by the PropertyValuation Co-ordinators
  • Ensure an effective audit trail on Compass with relevant notes
  • Chase the return of reports and keep Clients updated
  • Record any expenditure and liaise with Accounts to ensure any necessary invoices are raised
  • Liaise with both internal and external colleagues with effective communication to ensure business relationships are maintained and sustained

Skills/Experience/Attributes:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritise workload

Desirable:

  • Experience within the property/new build industry

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all details of the property chain are correct and that the purchase of our client’s property has been fully financially qualified
  • Liaise, as necessary, with all parties, including agents, financial advisor's, surveyors, solicitors and purchasers
  • Review survey and any specialist reports obtained, resolving issues as applicable
  • Liaise with Agents to ensure empty properties are inspected on a weekly basis and chase any necessary reports including vacation reports
  • Negotiate with all parties as necessary to ensure that the chain remains complete
  • Once exchange of contracts has been confirmed, raise invoice with accounts department
  • Once complete, close down file ensuring that that the necessary audit trail has been fulfilled

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience of property sales progression is essential
  • Previous experience of business systems and procedures
  • Previous experience of working in a busy sales/estate agency environment,or conveyancing department
  • Numerate and Literate

Our client is seeking to appoint a Property Manager with experience in Commercial Property to become an integral member of their growing property investment company! You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the East Midlands in this exciting and dynamic role.

**You MUST have experience in Commercial Property to fulfil the demands of this role. A full driving licence is also required**

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring standards are maintained across the portfolio, which will consist of roughly 80 multi-let properties
  • Arranging maintenance works and liaising with the contractor and tenants
  • Managing and checking compliance matters such as health & safety checks, gas safety etc

  • Invoice, cost and expense processing and tracking
  • Managing service charges & budgets

Our Client based in Eastwood are currently looking to recruit a Property Sales Advisor to join their team. You will ideally have experience of a fast paced, high pressure working environment and work to targets and various service level agreements.

Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 pro rata (+ bonus dependant on experience OTE is around £19,000 per annum)

The role of Sales Advisor is a crucial part of the Sales Team to ensure that Client’s requirements are met in terms of marketing properties, agreeing sales and progressing these efficiently through to completion. You will liaise with Estate Agents, Vendors, Solicitors, mortgage lenders and report back to the clients, vendors and purchasers to resolve any delays in the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking instructions to market and liaising with Estate Agents regarding the marketing strategy for properties
  • Weekly reporting to clients on the marketing of their properties
  • Taking and qualifying offers to agree sales
  • Progressing the sales to completion
  • Liasing with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
  • Checking any chain issues and resolving these
  • Providing weekly reports on pipeline
  • Sales Administration
