Account Manager

Our client are seeking to appoint a confident & enthusiastic Account Manager to achieve profit growth through the effective management of new customer accounts from sales through to delivery. If you're a Graduate with potential or ready to take the leap into account management, this is the opportunity for you!

Location: Ruddington, Nottingham

Salary: £19,200 per annum + COMPANY CAR + OTE £25,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise all revenue opportunities from new/existing customers by pro actively pursuing undeveloped areas
  • Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Generate new prospect leads for the Contact Management System using external sources
  • Process consignments and enter telesales information on to the Contact Management System
  • Monitor consignments ensuring that the highest levels of service are carried out at every stage
  • Provide customers with accurate and cost effective quotations
  • Provide a high level of internal and external customer care

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of working in a proactive outbound cold calling sales role either over the phone or face-to-face is essential
  • Experience within a sales environment, such as Telesales
  • Tenacity and drive

Graduate Opportunity- Business Development

Our client are seeking to appoint a confident, tenacious and driven Graduate to contribute to the growth of the client base through seizing and utilising telemarketing opportunities. You will be resilient, with an unrelenting attitude and a desire to succeed!

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Salary: £19,000 per annum with a quarterly bonus of £500 in line with agreed KPI's

Responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing to cold and warm leads and closing prospects
  • Managing and updating CRM database
  • Researching potential prospects
  • Networking at industry events
  • Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships

Skills/Experience/Attributes:

  • Graduate (last 2/3 years) in any subject
  • Tenacity, determination and resilience
  • High volume cold telesales experience 40+ calls per day
  • Intellectual ability to understand some legal concepts
  • Rapport and charm
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Able to manage own workload and self-motivate
  • Desire to win
