Contracts Coordinator (IT/Technical)

£25,000 – 30,000 per annum  
Nottingham City Centre

Our client, an IT company; is seeking an organised and efficient Contracts Manager / Coordinator. You will possess high attention to detail and a real drive for accuracy, persistence & thoroughness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create all new Support Contracts, Service Items and renewals
  • Recording of contract detail as per the Support Agreement
  • Maintain contracts in the system, ensuring any amendments to a customer’s Agreement is updated
  • Requesting Support Contracts from Suppliers
  • Obtaining Customer sign off in a timely manner
  • Ensuring contract documentation is collated and assigned to the correct Support Contract
  • The creation and distribution of Support Documentation to Customers
  • Ensuring all customer facing documents are kept up to date
  • Registration of Customer Support
  • Issuing Support Renewals to customers
  • Obtaining support costs from Suppliers
  • Provide accurate quarterly renewal packs
  • Track support renewals
