Finance Integration Administrator

Finance Integration Administrator  - Fixed term contract (September – October)
£20 -22k pro rata, Nottingham Business Park

The key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the control and integration of data transfer from Sage 100 to Microsoft NAV
  • Assist with the configuration, testing and rollout of Microsoft NAV with emphasis on Finance and Costing
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and divisional requirements are met
  • Testing and liaising with external developers to ensure functionality is to specification
  • Assist with the creation of training documentation

 

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a finance team
  • Previous integration and data input experience
  • Have excellent excel skills
  • Be energetic, flexible, reliable and hardworking
  • Able to work on their own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Be a dedicated problem solver
  • Be a team player and prepared to work closely with managers and other members of the finance team to provide support and guidance under tight resource constraints
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be adaptable to change and able to offer and implement suggestions for continuous improvement
  • A responsible individual who respects deadlines and confidentiality
  • Excellent accounting systems knowledge
  • Rounded individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Preferably AAT Qualified
