Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am - 5.30pm + Saturdays on rota

Our client is seeking organised, confident and outgoing individuals to join the Sales Team of a busy Estate Agency.

Pre Market Sales Team

The role of the Sales Advisor in the pre-market team is an important first contact with clients with requests for both Desk Top Valuations and full marketing reports. 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Liaising with both clients, vendors and Estate Agents to arrange valuation appointments

·         Review valuation reports and market appraisals

·         Desk top research for input into marketing packs

·         Liaising with Agents for the return of paperwork and updating clients

·         Reviewing all information to create full marketing packs with recommendations to clients

·         Arranging Home Buyer Reports and EPC’s for clients

Skills / Experience / Attributes

Sales Team

The role of Sales Advisor is a crucial part of the Sales Team to ensure that Client’s requirements are met in terms of marketing properties, agreeing sales and progressing these efficiently through to completion. You will liaise with Estate Agents, Vendors, Solicitors, mortgage lenders and report back to the clients, vendors and purchasers to resolve any delays in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Taking instructions to market

·         Liaise with the Estate Agents about marketing strategies for each property

·         Produce weekly reports for clients regarding the marketing of their properties

·         Qualify and agree sales offers and progress to completion

·         Liaise with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers

·         Monitor and solve chain issues to resolve any delays in the process

·         Providing weekly reports on pipeline

·         Sales administration

Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

·         Previous experience in an Estate Agency/Property is essential

·         Knowledge of the residential sales process

·         Strong and confident communicator – both written and verbal

·         Self-motivated and well organised

·         Excellent time management and problem solving skills

·         Target driven

·         Enjoys a faced-paced environment

·         Ability to provide excellent customer service, will go the extra mile
