Our client is seeking a  candidate to cover a variety of sales, administrative and customer service tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management
  • Answer incoming calls and take customer orders / handle enquiries
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Process sample forms and sending samples
  • Update and maintain the company database
  • Ensure the smooth running of orders and deal with any discrepancies
  • Create purchase orders and match purchase invoices to the correct order
  • Generate and issue statements / check supplier statements
  • Checking and processing expenses
  • Produced approved letters and send POS materials and Certificates
  • Allocate payments and credit notes
  • Proactively contact customers re: promotions, new products and new business opportunities

Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Experience in a customer service and administrative position is essential
  • Some previous sales experience would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Must be adaptable and able to use initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised, tenacious and hardworking
  • Computer literate
  • Positive, personable and a team player
