Proposals Co-ordinator

£25,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum (salary dependent upon experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising bids, ensuring they meet with client requirements
  • Work with the bid team members to write and create factual and technical bid responses which are consistent and concise
  • Assist in the support team selection and co-ordination process and identify key bid team members based on skills, knowledge and experience
  • Develop bid documentation, consistent with guidelines
  • Create and maintain a central bid library to support bid processes across the region
  • Organise and support the bid procedures and tools across the region
  • Support business development by creating high quality marketing material

Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Experience working within a Bids team as a Proposals Coordinator / Bid Writer in a fast paced organisation
  • A background in the construction industry is desirable
  • Deadline and task driven with good time management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong and effective communicator
  • Attention to detail is vital
  • Excellent literary, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proactive, positive and flexible approach
  • Thrives in a busy working environment
